Travelling to School

St Anne’s Academy is extremely well served by the local bus network from Manchester, Rochdale and Bury with the 163 running past school every 15 minutes during peak times.

The bus stop is just a two minute walk away from the main entrance with staff manning duty points at the start and end of every day.

You will need to purchase an igo pass for a one-off charge of £10 which will allow your child to travel using the concessionary child bus fare until the 31st August after their 16th birthday. If you live more than 3 miles away, your child has a disability or your child is on free school meals, they may be eligible for a free school pass.
