We are proud to have achieved Stage Two of the Inspiring IAG Award and have recently submitted evidence for the final Stage Three. This has been designed to provide a good practice framework for recognition and certification of high quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) for organisations providing support services for young people.
Six key themes are explored during each stage of the award, each underpinned by the principles of equality and diversity and raising aspirations. These include Management and Leadership, Design and Delivery of CEIAG, Working with Partners, Information and Communication, Outcomes for Young People, Involving Parents and Carers. This has recently been updated to incorporate the eight Gatsby Benchmarks for good careers guidance.
