Students should, at all times, regard themselves as ambassadors for St Anne’s Academy. The public will judge the Academy by the appearance of its students and all are expected to wear their uniform with pride while attending the Academy and travelling to and from the Academy.
The uniform can be obtained locally at reasonable cost to parents.
No jewellery is to be worn alongside the Academy uniform.
The Academy does not have a list of approved hairstyles but parents are asked to ensure that during the school term children have a hairstyle appropriate for a job interview and to avoid fashion crazes or hairstyles that, to some, would promote aggression.
We believe that there are laws that prohibit tattoos on minors, in any event no student in years 7 -11 must reveal a tattoo on any part of their body that may be visible as part of the day to day learning activity in the Academy.
