The Sky is the limit. Skills Event 2011

On Wednesday 16 March 2011 we took Sixth Form students to Bolton Arena for an interactive Careers and Skills Event. Skills North West 2011 was aimed at giving students a hands-on, practical opportunity to experience the diverse range of careers and training options available to them. They gained information, advice and guidance from over one hundred industry experts in the region.

The exhibitors featured aircraft design, crime scene investigation, music technology, cocktail making, hairdressing, animal handling, flower arranging, fruit sampling, slate cutting and much more! Our students particularly enjoyed the British Army’s climbing wall!
