Behaviour Policy

St Anne's Academy will promote a calm and purposeful ethos where everyone is entitled to learn free of disruption.

Teachers at the school will draw on best practice to promote good behaviour and will operate a clear policy of rewards and sanctions.

The ultimate sanction is permanent exclusion and St Anne's Academy will work with parents and carers to explain its expectations around behaviour while their children are at the Academy.

Students should have respect for themselves and others. The Christian ethos of the Academy is built on the principles of tolerance and care for others.
